pk62 Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Must Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player," "you," "your") and pk62 ("pk62," "we," "us," "the platform") governing your use of the pk62 website, all games, betting markets, promotions and any associated services accessible at pk62.win.

By accessing any part of the platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not register an account.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, promotion-specific terms or game-specific conditions published on pk62. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion only.

pk62 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards and credit cards. All deposits are credited to your account in PKR with no currency conversion required on your end.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account. pk62 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pk62's control.

Deposits are generally credited within a few minutes. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer. If your deposit is not reflected in your balance after a reasonable time, contact pk62 support with your transaction reference and the support team will investigate.

• All funds deposited into your pk62 account are held separately and designated for gaming and betting activity on the platform.
• pk62 does not pay interest on account balances regardless of how long funds remain in your wallet.
• You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will trigger a review.
• Deposits made by credit card are accepted, but pk62 strongly recommends using funds you have available rather than borrowing to play.

pk62 may impose temporary deposit limits on accounts as part of responsible gaming measures or during identity verification reviews. These limits are communicated to the player through in-account notifications.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. If that method is not available, pk62 will contact you to confirm an alternative PKR-compatible method.

Before a withdrawal is released, pk62 may require you to complete identity verification. This is standard practice and is in place to protect your account from unauthorised access and to comply with financial security requirements. Required documents typically include:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (front and back)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method you are withdrawing to (e.g., JazzCash or Easypaisa account under your name)

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are typically processed the fastest. Bank transfers may take additional business days depending on your bank. Processing times begin once your withdrawal request has been approved and verification is complete.

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page in your account. pk62 does not apply a withdrawal fee on standard requests. Any charges applied by your bank or wallet provider are outside pk62's control.

pk62 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, identity mismatch or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to resolve the matter through the support team.

pk62 regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin bundles, reload bonuses, cashback deals and special event promotions tied to PSL season, T20 tournaments and other cricket fixtures. Every bonus on pk62 is subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page. These terms always include at minimum:

• Wagering requirement: the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. This is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets).
• Expiry period: the number of days from the date the bonus is credited within which wagering must be completed. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from your balance.
• Eligible games: some bonuses apply only to slots, others to specific game categories. Bets placed on ineligible games do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet restriction: while a bonus is active, there is typically a cap on the maximum bet per spin or round. Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance section of your account wallet and are kept separate from real-money funds. When you place a bet, real money is used first unless you specifically activate a bonus. pk62 does not permit players to exploit bonuses through low-risk or mathematically risk-free betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse. Where such behaviour is identified, pk62 reserves the right to remove the bonus, reverse related winnings and close the account.

All bets placed on pk62 — whether on sports including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and football, or within the casino, live casino, slots or bingo sections — are subject to the rules of that product. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within each section and are considered part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on pk62:

• Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player unless pk62 explicitly provides a cash-out or edit feature for that market.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds, payout calculations or game software, pk62 reserves the right to void the affected bets or correct the error. Winnings arising from manifest errors are not paid out.
• All sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket). pk62 follows standard market settlement rules for each sport.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds shown at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by the platform. There may be a brief delay between placing a live bet and confirmation — during this window, odds may shift.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed before you confirm your bet.
• For slot games and bingo, each round's result is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Outcomes are not influenced by previous rounds or bet sizes.

pk62 reserves the right to void or suspend any market at any time if there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns or external factors that compromise the integrity of the event.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk62. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or closed and any associated balances may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — such incidents must be reported to support immediately
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino tables
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud or money laundering
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or distribute any part of the pk62 platform, its games or its software
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pk62 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Using a VPN or other tool to misrepresent your location or identity

pk62 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Evidence of bonus abuse or multi-accounting
• A player's own self-exclusion request
• Inactivity — accounts with no login for an extended period may be marked as dormant

If your account is suspended for a reason other than a confirmed breach of Terms, you may contact pk62 support to raise the matter. Decisions made following a full investigation are final.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Real-money balances on voluntarily closed accounts (where there is no breach of Terms) will be returned to your verified payment method after any pending withdrawals are processed and identity checks are complete.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the pk62 platform without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of pk62's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted, pk62 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from reliance on incorrect odds or results caused by a data feed error, where the error is corrected once identified
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
• Technical failures, connection interruptions or device issues on the player's end that affect gameplay or bet placement

Nothing in these Terms limits pk62's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot legally be excluded. This section does not affect your statutory rights.
